Q: What should I do if a there is a fault in the stove?

  • A: In the event of the failure of the stove, contact your nearest authorized service center. Repairs of failures are normally carried out at the premises of the customer.
    The warranty does not apply to the glass and the cooktop, as well as to the physical damage caused after purchase.
    The warranty is valid from the date of the purchase, as evidenced by the warranty sheet (with a shop stamp, sales date, and signature of the sales person) and the fiscal receipt.
    Malfunctions of the appliance can be fixed outside the warranty period with original spare parts that we also give a warranty for under the same terms and conditions.
